I am a psychology graduate (BSc), in admin and interested in a profession in HR. The only problem is I find the impression you need a CIPD qualification which within is no way I would be able to afford. My press is would it be likely that a buisiness would send you for training at their own expense or would you be expected to foot the bill? Also anyone within HR do you like your job and would you recommend it?
A colleague is leavingand I am not close to her but would resembling to depart beside some words.?

A coworker become upset and threatened to smack me. She is a individual friend of the owner/boss. What do I do? ?
She has worked there for 15+ years, and is a personal friend of the boss/owner, administrator, and boss' wife. This is a small medical department, and I have only worked near for nine years. Dr. P (owner) would not do anything wrong with her, but she sure implies it. I don't know how to feel her. I tried smiling and ignoring her, but it seems to formulate her madder. I don't know what to do. I am nearly 70-years old and need my chore, but I don't need the intimidation.
A co-worker sabotage an outside work relationship, should I give an account supervision?
My co-worker confined in me when she shared an email, however in the email she sabotage an outside work relationship, if I mention this to my boss, he will fire her immediately. But her attitude could cost my department bonuses and raises. I purely feel bad, because person unemployed is extremely difficult. Should I tell my boss?

Okay there is this lady who have called me twice already. Well the first time i turned it down, the second i didnt answer and she left me a messege, economically it is a settlement position, hard to explain.. when an account is deliquent 180 days it is sold to a 3rd group collection agency, well the settlement dept sells to those businesses, the foot is pretty good... if you are in texas effective DFW area you will know.. but i live in Crowly (s. of ftw) the opening is in Addison. 8-5 m-f. Should i pass or adopt? i need some opinions. i dont really call for to work, my husband works and i am a stay at home wife. The thing is i want to work again, and get out stuff approaching that... would this be a good job?
A few weeks ago I showed up 45 min. slowly to work and be sent home for 2 days, and my supervisor threatened ?
the other staff that if they were to show up late next they would get sent home for two days as well. Another organization staff came 1 hour and 5 min. late and she be not sent home, just given a warning. A few days after, that same member of staff showed up 3 min. late and was not sent home or even spoke to something like this. Today, I showed up 4 min. late and my supervisor told me that I am being sent home and because I have put my two weeks notice in and my later day is on Monday that it is my choice if I want to come back. I take that I should not be late and that I should suffer consequences for being behind schedule, however I feel as though I am being singled out and made an example of because I own put my 2 weeks notice in. Am I mortal obsurd for feeling this way or is this a legal argument?
A friend ask me this and I couldn't be any backing to him?
He has graduated glorious school which by todays standards mean nought. But he has also lived and travelled extensively through asia. And now have 4 years experience teaching English in both Hong kong and Taiwan. He get these jobs using a doctored degree which be an old friends. now going put a bet on into the real world(Canada) he is worried there is zilch more than factory work for him. Any suggestions on jobs that a 28yr old mannish could apply for once back in the home domain?

A Job be never advertise as NEED TO DRIVE and LIFT stuff, should i constraint Gas money?
Its a temp job.. Back when i got it they told me it be a scanning project. Ok fine. i'm ok carrying a few boxes and stuff but i came to find out the boss wishes us sometimes to do lifting all day AND driving rear and forth from a house owned by the company which is about 7 miles away. I often call for to put extra gas just to be able to produce it there and i dont know but if they want us to drive to places they should provide gas money.. dont you think? lead to it's as if are paycheck was being cut beforehand receiving it having to buy gas when the position wasn't even about driving. it's about scan. The job was given by a Temp chore agency. Should i tell them that they are making us LIFT alot and drive? By the way.. nearly the lifting . i'm fine doing it for a while but too much is bad and i have subsidise problems. BUT sometimes its the only thing to do so i'm forced to join together.
