Hello, I am applying for jobs, I will have a phone interview subsequent week with a mobile company outside my country. They said it will last 40 minutes. Do you know how should i act in response or say to give highly nice impression? what should i prepare? they may ask me technical question for a position software engineer ? what questions should i expect?

hold a unpaid hand who solely works one or two weekends a month, and I enjoy a problem next to her.?
She has been working beside me for about a year and a half. I am friends beside her. The problem is she has asked me to about 3 different outings: her bridal shower, her marriage, and, most recently, a jewelry party. Now, everytime she's working near someone but me, she likes to tell the story in the order of how I said I was not able to come to her jewelry celebration, yet her friend saw me at Wal-Mart. She had told me one-sidedly her friend saw me at Wal-Mart, but I didn't connect that fact to the fact that it be on the day of her party. Now she tell the others she called me out on it. To my face, she tell me it's okay, she understands, etc...Now she's a good Christian woman, but I don't realize why she's doing this talking. Not just is it a work issue, it's also a personal issue between us. She have done the same with others who work here and haven't gone to her outings, but if you try to articulate something to her, she acts like everything is fine. So what do I do? Call her from work? Call her while we're not at work? She may quit if I say aloud anything to her, but I'm tired of this. How do I deal with it best? I'm going crazy if I hold to hear her talking about me a different time.
