A nonspecific interview nearly a chore, please help out?
I worked at a well known swift food company for one day. I'm wondering if that one day will be on my opening report for other employers. Especially since I didn't get rewarded for it...? Legally, it would be wrong for them to classify me as an employee there if I did not obtain paid.

A Question for Hooter's Girls?
My recent on campus job is not cutting it financially for my tuition. I applied to thirty job including three different Hooter's resturants that are not so far away from my school. At one Hooter's the manager is never nearby (at least when I come in there), but I put within an application anyway. At the second Hooter's the manager invited me to the back of the resturant have a chat with me, looked at my application and asked my availability. I told him and he said he would forward it to his manager (there are aparently three manager there) and if I was what he was looking for I would be contacted...save then I can apply again in thirty days. The third Hooter's mediator in another location told me he would call me surrounded by 12 days which is when I put I was available. Is that how the process is supposed to work? How did any of your processes work and how long did it take for them to vision your application? I would appreciate any advice you could give me.

I just finished my training on culinary and have no previous expirience. i own a loan to pay and it' seems to be strong on finding a good stable job beside okay pay. everywhere i go adjectives they look for is expirience but how the **** am i gonna get that if they wont give me kismet. i have alot of passion for food and i kow i can hang down with the best of them and i'm not saying i'm the subsequent daniel bulud but i'm saying i'm just right but i cant get my foot in. i'm loosing hope a starting to agree on on joining the navy and cooking for them. however i really think i wont be bright and breezy doing that and would rather create my own cuisine and at the same time pursue my dreams. What do i do?


A request for information for Hooters Girls? Pros and Cons working at Hooters?
I'm a student and I was thinking about person a waitress at the Hooters resturant in Atlanta, Ga. I currently work at Abercrombie and I don't make much. Plus, I buy their clothes. So unsophisticatedly, I need extra cash. And I know Hooters own a totally differen't atmosphere than Abercrombie. But I'm not sure if I'll be a good waitress because I'm not used of have to serve/please people. At abercrombie I don't have to do much, besides hoof it around in cute outfits, fold clothes, check dressingrooms, etc. I don't have to acknowledge customers. I don't enjoy to help customers if I don't want too. And I don't have to flirt near anyone. No I am not stuck up. I am just shy around strangers. So my question (to inhabitants who have worked there) is what are the good and unpromising (if any) things about working at hooters? How much are the tips? Also is the resturant on 209 Peachtree St in Atlanta, Ga a moral location? Please share as much info as you can lol *Please stupid or irrelevant comments are not needed*


A restaurant that hires servers short experience? Or are predisposed to train...?
I live in Southern Cali and I am looking into working as a waitress but I don't know where to start. I own no experience at all working in restaurants or any other food places. Most of my job was clerical. My question is where on earth do I start? Which restaurants should I apply to? I heard some restaurants hire people beside no experience so which one is it?

I gotta a interview at Mc Donalds and I really want to get it because I 've been looking for for outside the food service but I come to the realization that I may have to just do food service and I get a call to day for a interview. Do you surmise that it is a good idea to transport in a resume to make a apposite impression and hopefully get the post.


A sound out almost waitressing situation taxes Its simple really!?
Ok this summer I took a waitressing job in a resort town .I be desperate for cash and really broke.They payed me about one hundred a week and I made give or take a few about that much each week within tips for 4 weeks and then I quit. They paid me within cash.Can I make this right on my taxes because I want to be honest. Plus I put it down on a form for financial assistance.Probly a mistake. What should I do concerning taxes? PS yes I know thats lousy for tips but some days be dead due to road construction ect.

Hi there, Im 16 just departed school and got a modern job as a trainnie chef at a hotel, im on salads, pizza, garlic bread, starters ect might not sound approaching alot but it is, as I have to be trained to use the grills, I like my work and enjoy always wanted to be a chef, its one of our busyest times , arts school holidays fridays are the worst cooking for over 97 people, ok I've only simply started and im not used to it but I panic and catch all stressed out when people are shouting lots of numbers and foods needed doing and ancestors getting in my way and feel like everything is going wrong and i dont swear, is there a bearing I can calm myself down and not worry Because 8-9:30pm is barmy rushed off my feet running around resembling a chicken with no head. I lik sports and play TAI KWON DO, swimming, ect i find that help, singing in my head get me in a good mood but afterwards i cant hear what people are saying because im surrounded by a world of my own. its to hot, lots of noise, to many nation to get stressed out, any help :)

Okay so I have had it. I own this ridiculous challenge in my mind that I must win. I can't catch Hooters out of my mind for some reason. I have tried to apply two times. Now going on three. I know what type of print they are looking for in a Hooters girl so it's not like I would excess my time walking in there if I thought I would be. I'm your pretty brunette subsequent door type. I've got the spunky outgoing bubbly personality. Maybe it be my employment history as a property manager and my education goal that gave off this too reserved vibe to donate the interview to only five seconds when I be shooting for more time.
