I have been surrounded by contact with American Career Center in NYC they furnish classes on how to take tests for parliament jobs and search for job for you. They charge a few hundred and I am wondering if anyone has ever dealt near them and if they are any good? Please no sarcastic answers. gratefulness!


Anyone ever hear of City of Smithville Project for Nonprofit and Governmental Accounting?
Several colleges use this project. Im having a lot of trouble next to this project and so is everyone else in my class. The teacher isn't that encouraging either. I tried to find resources online. I found a hint sheet but I still want a little more help. The anwsers would be lovely. So can anyone detail me where I can find the anwsers or at least some hints?

Anyone ever work surrounded by a affairs of state agency call-center?
I've interviewed for a position in a government call-center - the opening basically entails answering question and assisting people who've applied for cash benefits (government assistance - food stamps, medicaid, etc.) and I'm wondering if anyone have ever worked for an agency like this. If so, what did you like/dislike about it? I'm a recent college grad and I'm desperate to return with my foot in the door with a state agency, so I'm thinking of taking this work out of desperation. I guess I'm looking for the positives, so any help would be appreciated! Thanks :-)

If you were offered a job, How long did it embezzle for them to make an offer and did they form the offer over the phone, email or did youy have to do and interview first? My husband applied for a few job and recieved a few no's but there are 2 that we haven't gotten any response from in over a month. We're getting anxious and want to know what our probability are of being offered anything. Please tell me anything you know more or less the hiring process. Thanks!

Anyone here work for the U.S. Postal Service?
i'm thinking about applying for a U.S. postal service. i've been doing some research on the subject of the various postal exams. any advice/suggestions? i've bought two study guides; one is called "complete postal exam 473 & 473-C Training Program" and the other "Norman Hall's Postal Exam Preparation Book" includes " adjectives major exams". i just consistency kinda overwhelmed. do i take the 473 because the majority of postal jobs require this audition? or do i take the 460? or should i take both? what job are you eligible when you take the 473? what jobs are you eligible when you pocket the 460? in the study guides the practice test adjectives looked the same.


Anyone hold problems near staying at job?
so for some reason everytime i get a modern job i want another one. i stay there for a couple months next just get feed up with the people i work next to...i feel like i don't make a contribution them enough time or something. my past job i stayed at for a couple years and loved the people i worked with. I don`t know im just trying to find a place that has that instant nouns with the people? i dunno any suggestion on how to get along with the individuals i work with better? i don't want to make it appear like i talk to much or something any (like asking all kinds of question to them and stuff). i have had 5 job in the past 6 months and enjoy been miserable at all of them but im pretty sure i convince myself of this. anyone else hold this problem? oh and these are jobs to help me through college nought like a desk job or anything
