Anybody hear of distress home assist row?
distresshomeassistline.org I was contacted by them after applying for a job posting on craigslist. Independent contractor position(work for home).They sent a packet of foreign hire paperwork which seemed legit. No startup cost except to buy the headset, which they said to get a Staples. They repay per hour is not great, but they do have bonus and commision. Still kinda skeptical.

Anybody know of any accurate teen volunteer positions, job, or programs contained by the Toronto nouns?
This school year I'm going into Grade 10 (I just turned 15). I'm looking for something to hold on to me a little busy after school or on the weekends. I rumba twice a week (Tues. & Thurs.), volunteer Sunday mornings until about noon, and I'm going to register for Sunday evening swimming module. I plan to be involved in some of the clubs and committees at school, but there's nil major. I'm looking for meaningful volunteer work ideally (that might also look accurate on a resume), or some sort of teen outreach/leadership program (this summer I was at the Leaders Today Take Action! Academy, and it was incredible). A segment time job would also be good. Failing that, I'd love some recommendation of either educational or recreational programs to any sign up for or be a counselor at. I live in the Toronto area, of late a little north of the city in Vaughan. Anything contained by the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) is a possibility! I'm open to all kind of things. Thanks so much to anyone who can help!


Anybody who know going on for Mcdonaldization...?
If you could go against Mcdonaldizarion, what would you do? Here is one example of one that I could think of, Youknow when you are going to directive something from Burgerking for instance, they always say hello, may I relieve you or may I take your order? If you utter "hello " " how are you doing?" You would confuse them and they would have to reply vertebrae and that would ruin the mcdonaldization strip. What would you do?


Anyone enjoy any suggestions?
There is a co-worker who's work ethic is completely different than the rest of the office. She is lazy and cannot come across to learn. No matter how masses times you tell her how to do something, she can't seem to retain that information. She's not truthful next to the manager, she's not a team player, and she breakneck to stab others in the back. We've reported her to upper direction however because we work for a unionized agency, it is difficult to terminate an employee. Also, because she get away with unsatisfactory performance, it affects the morale of the rest of the staff. Do you own any suggestions on how to encourage her to seek employment elsewhere or what we could do to remedy the situation. We've tried almost everything. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Anyone endure top-security clearance setting check?
I am currently going through the background check for an entry level position next to dept. of homeland security as Program Analyst and answered yes to using illegal substance within past 7 years on that e-QIP form, cause I did when I go to Amsterdam...It was only Marijuana(which is official there), I said I used it 3-5 times and that was it...But i got a notification saying "Your preliminary cehcks have be completed and developed the following derogatory statements: You answered yes to question 24.since the age of 16 or past 7 years own you illegally used any controled substance.." And they are saying this "raise concern regarding my suitability for this position" and that I should submit a response detailing my answer.which I will...but.. Should I be worried? Remember, it was simply in Amsterdam, only marijuana, which is court there...
